How to use the soldering iron to remove the electronic components?
When removing a component from a printed circuit board, use the tip of the soldering iron to contact the solder joint at the component pin. After the solder at the solder joint has melted, pull out the component pin on the other side of the circuit board, and weld the other pin in the same manner. This method is very convenient for removing components with fewer than 3 pins, but it is more difficult to remove components with more than 4 pins, such as integrated circuits.
What are the steps?
Components with more than four pins can be removed using a tin-absorbing or regular soldering iron, with a stainless steel hollow sleeve or needle.
Disassembly method of multi-pin components: Contact the pin solder spot of the component with the soldering iron head. When the solder of the pin solder joint is melted, an appropriately sized injection needle is placed on the pin and rotated to separate the component pin from the solder copper foil of the board. Then remove the soldering iron tip and pull out the syringe needle, so that the pin of the component is separated from the copper foil of the printed circuit board, and then the other pins of the component are separated from the copper foil of the printed circuit board in the same way. Finally, the component can be pulled out of the circuit board.
