On the PCB board, we usually use the frequently used key components, core components in the circuit, easily disturbed components, high voltage components, high calorific value components and some heterosexual components called special components. The visit layout of these special components requires a very careful analysis. Because the improper placement of these special components may lead to circuit compatibility errors and signal integrity errors, resulting in the entire PCB circuit board can not operate.
When designing how to place special parts, first consider the size of the PCB. When the PCB size is too large, the printing line is too long, the impedance is increased, the dry resistance is reduced, and the cost is increased. If it is too small, the heat dissipation is not good, and the adjacent lines are susceptible to interference.
After determining the PCB size, determine the square position of the special parts. Finally, all the components of the circuit are arranged according to the functional unit. The position of special parts should generally follow the following principles when arranging:
Special parts layout principle
1. Shorten the connection between high-frequency components as much as possible to minimize their distribution parameters and electromagnetic interference between each other. Susceptible components should not be too close together, and inputs and outputs should be as far apart as possible.
(2) Some components or wires may have a high potential difference, so the distance between them should be increased to avoid accidental short circuit caused by discharge. High voltage components should be placed as far as possible out of reach of hands.
3. Components weighing more than 15g can be fixed with a bracket and then welded. These heavy and hot components should not be placed on the circuit board, but should be placed on the main box bottom plate, and should consider heat dissipation. Keep the hot parts away from the hot parts.
4. For the layout of adjustable components such as potentiometers, adjustable inductors, variable capacitors and microswitches, the structural requirements of the entire board should be considered. If the structure allows, some commonly used switches should be placed in a position easily accessible to the hand. The layout of the components should be balanced, dense, and not heavier than the top.
The success of a product, one is to pay attention to internal quality. But considering the overall beauty, both are relatively perfect PCB boards in order to become successful products.
